COVID-19 Policy – Fighting the Spread of COVID-19
COVID-19 is definitely impacting daily life but not to worry Diverse Gazebos & Decks is still open for business with strict health measures in place to ensure public safety.
Out staff follow strict social distancing rules during the process of all builds and site inspections. We have in place the necessary online systems to allow for video conferencing calls to ensure our customers’ needs are always being met through quoting. So please don’t be offended when our staff are keeping their distance during this tough time as it protects everyone.
All our staff haven’t been infected or in contact with anyone from any affected countries knowingly.
Our suppliers and stock levels aren’t manufactured from China so this allows us to fulfil all our customers’ orders in a timely manner ensuring schedules are completed in a timely fashion. Should Australian products end up with supply issues we as a business will inform all our customers in a timely matter but not be held responsible during this time.
It’s important that we all follow the best practices of hand sanitisation through washing our hands with soap & water for a minimum of 20 seconds. We can also use hand sanitiser if necessary to prevent any transformation of the disease.
